Staff were very helpful. Also appreciated that the toilet bowl was separated from the sink and shower area, made it easier to share a room. The food was decent - not amazing, but given the price it was really value for money.

The personnel was really nice, they wanted to help us with everything. We couldn’t get the local bike rental app working, and we asked if there was any possibility’s for renting a bike. When we came back from our room, the two woman that worked at the check in fixed two bikes for us!

Everything! This place was an excellent tucked-away gem in a beautiful, small onsen town in the Chubu region. Highly recommend for any traveler or tourist.
